Access Conditions
To enter the space it is mandatory to use slippers, provided by the spa.
Minors only accompanied by their parents.
People are not allowed to be drunk, some kind of substanceor psychologically disturbed.
No animal is allowed in space.
The spa is not responsible for any type of theft within it.
For the purpose of the preceding paragraph, you must always keep with your assets
Mobile phones must be silent or switched off so as not to disturb normal operation, just as the tone of voice should be low.
The Spa is not responsible for any damage that occurred in the space if it does not comply with the rules of the same.
Massages
You must report any kind of problem on the client card.
Please be informed that must arrive 10 min before the massage, the delay time will not be reset in the treatment.
We do not massage pregnant women under 3 months.
The revervas must be made at least one to two days in advance by 915623060 telephone or email uniquehands.bt@gmail.com
Reimbursement
We do not refund vouchers and online or face-to-face services, and can only exchange for other services of the same value.
The purchase of vouchers can be made on the website or face-to-face.
The voucher expires if your booking is not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
You can carry out the treatment after the expiry date for 30% of the same.
It lasts for 6 months and is not transferable to other persons
