TIME TO BE INSPIRED
Tui Na
Tui Na massage, which originated in China, is intrinsically linked to traditional Chinese medicine. This massage has a very wide range of techniques that are applied to acupuncture points and meridians, muscle groups and general anatomical structures. What’s more, these techniques are chosen according to the nature of the pathologies presented and are specific to each person!
Among the countless benefits that Tui Na provides, the most important are energy and blood rebalancing, better functioning of the internal organs, faster resolution of osteo-tendinous-articular problems and, of course, general relaxation of the body and mind!
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient therapy of Chinese origin which involves applying needles to specific points on the body.
Acupuncture techniques are based on the idea that the body is made up of energy, accumulated in various regions, which are called meridians. If the flow of energy in these meridians is unbalanced, it causes inflammation in the body, causing symptoms such as pain, tiredness and weakness. The aim of acupuncture treatment is therefore to restore balance to the body by facilitating the circulation of energy, triggering analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
These varied techniques can be used to strengthen the immune system and treat both acute and chronic pain.
The most common pathologies that traditional Chinese medicine will treat are: mouth and face problems, respiratory diseases, eye diseases, neurological, gastrointestinal or orthopaedic problems and sleep disorders. In addition to these problems, acupuncture can also be used as a complementary treatment for allergies such as rhinitis and asthma, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and emotional disorders such as anxiety, stress and depression.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese therapy for physical and energetic rebalancing, carried out using pressure points along the meridians. It is a holistic therapy that aims to regulate and strengthen the functioning of organs and the immune system.
